I recently watched the Movie Vanity Fair and there was a scene in the movie where Reese Witherspoon was wearing some amazing makeup! I just got inspired and came up with this look. It is very easy mostly just black eye shadow then the gems! THis looks so stunning in real life ! You have to try it!
