Hi everybody and welcome back to Clevver TV, and I’m Dana Ward explaining this Twilight Disney Diss. So back in June, Miley Cyrus got quoted as saying the first movie was “good”… “really good,” so lots of people were surprised when the Hannah Montana star recently said, “it’s a cult. I don’t believe in it.” Then fans were in an even bigger uproar when Selena Gomez revealed in a tv interviewer that she doesn’t watch the Twilight films, nor has she read the books. In fact, it caused Gomez to later speak out that she doesn’t HATE the series or anything, even apologizing and adding that she didn’t mean to offend anyone. So do you think that since these girls work for Disney – a totally different outlet, almost a competitor – that they’re thinking they shouldn’t support the popular books-turned-movies?
