That’s right, the bigtime publication placed the pair on the People Who Mattered List. So why did Time put on the 2009 list? Well, the mag reported it’s the combination of dirtiness and innocence, also stating that they’re uniquely beautiful yet interesting – you want to look at them, but also talk to them.
