Miley Cyrus Rocks Poison Cover!

I’m your host Dana Ward and today Clevver TV is talking about a recent recording with the Disney star. Frontman of the former mega-band Poison, Bret Michaels, recently worked with Cyrus on a cover of his hit track, ‘Every Rose has its Thorn.’ Because it’s definitely not a duet, Michaels said that Cyrus got to put her own contemporary spin on the song and really make it her own. Apparently, MC’s first concert was to see Poison in Nashville and both musicians were really excited to work with the other on the 80s ballad. The interesting part about this recording is that Michaels said Cyrus is one of the few musicians who could have pulled off the cover of ‘Every Rose has its Thorn’ with flare. Miley reportedly got into the studio, picked up the guitar and made it sound good. After all was said and done, Bret called the project with Miley a simple process.
