Many comic series take you through a series of battles of our hero vs. villain after villain. This episode however deals more with the inter…nal strife b Iron Man(Robert Downey, Jr.), himself, his team, and the trust needed accomplish their goals. This is less about the battle against Whiplash. Yet, Mickey Rourke gave a great performance. Iron Man 2 is good lead-in into the Avengers even more than the first. Most sequels have a hard time matching or being better than the first or even coming close to the suspense and thrill found in the first. We all look for a sequel that we can love as much as we loved the first. Iron Man 2 has accomplished this feat. It is a series that should continue on. A great addition to the comic book to screen movement. Don Cheadle really took the role of Rhody and made it his own, while Scarlett Johannson has sex appeal and then some in her role as The Black Widow.
