Dame Elizabeth Taylor gave birth to her first son on January 6, 1953. Seven weeks later she was in front of the camera filming, “Elephant Walk” (released on April 21, 1954) with a perfect 19 inch waist. She was a 21 year old true beauty. Having been given the role from actress Vivien Leigh (who had suffered a nervous breakdown) Elizabeth found herself embroiled in a story line that she was all too familiar with. The eternal triangle.
