So as most teenagers celebrate the big 1-6 with a very exciting driver’s license, Dakota Fanning just didn’t get that gift for the special birthday. In fact, she revealed that she doesn’t even have a learner’s permit yet. That being said, Fanning definitely didn’t miss out on the celebration part. She officially kicked off her big birthday with a Saturday night dinner party, reportedly at hotspot Villa Blanca in Beverly Hills with about 40 of her closet friends and family. According to a restaurant insider, the Dakota Fanning party arrived around 7pm, staying until 11pm, adding that the actress looked like she was having fun, really cool and that she was talking and laughing all night long.
