This is just a tutorial to show how I do a winged liner or more typically known as “Cat-Eye” liner look. This look can be done wrong very frequently…or not wrong but just in a way that isn’t so flattering & it’s a look that a lot of people struggle with. So here’s a simple HowTo for ya’s!!
